The artists chosen as artist of the month on our website do not get the honor because they have released something lately since we base our choices more on who do we want to represent to people living outside of Japan. Every artist who receive the title artist of the month from our editors have done something respectable for the music scene in Japan or have since the beginning of their career been so called icons/notable figures in their own styles of music. |
